Sol Sisters is a soulful space for women to reconnect to themselves, to each other, and to the joy of being alive. We blend movement, mindfulness, and adventure — think full moon circles, surf days, journaling sessions, and heart-led retreats.


Everything we create is designed to feel light yet deep, playful yet powerful — a celebration of womanhood, community, and conscious living.
